2012 McLaren MP4-12C
A beautifully presented early McLaren, finished in Volcano Red over Carbon Black leather with black Alcantara, this MP4-12C captures the original essence of McLaren’s modern road-car era with remarkable clarity.
Built around McLaren’s carbon-fiber MonoCell chassis, the 12C introduced a level of engineering sophistication that still feels special today: dihedral doors, hydraulic ProActive Chassis Control, exceptional steering feel, and a lightweight, highly responsive driving character that helped define the brand’s return to the supercar world.
This example is supported by strong service history and thoughtful ownership. The car is fresh from its annual service and has documented major maintenance performed by McMedics, formerly Supercar Garage ATL, at 22,517 miles. That service included replacement of all four suspension accumulators, hydraulic fluid service, and a cooling-system refresh with replacement of the major large coolant clamps. Annual maintenance, brake flush, and a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper inspection were also completed at that time.

Performance documentation is equally compelling. Per prior owner records, the car received McLaren’s factory power update introduced at the end of 2012, bringing output to the later 616 hp specification. It was also fitted with a Stage 1 ECU calibration by Excell Racing, with Dynojet documentation on file showing 599 wheel horsepower and 520 lb-ft of wheel torque.
An aftermarket exhaust has been installed, adding a sharper and more engaging tone while preserving the refined character of the car. Per prior owner records, no emissions equipment was removed, and the car has passed New York State emissions testing.
The front end is protected by paint protection film installed by Rocky’s in West Palm Beach, also per prior owner records.
